Booking Terms & Conditions



All Bookings shall be confirmed in writing. All Bookings shall be considered confirmed only when the booking is accompanied by a deposit valued at 30% of the tour price, whose receipt has been acknowledged by our bank. The remaining 70% must be paid 60days before the tour begins, in some cases we agree with a cash payment at arrival. All bank charges must be paid by the clients. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. All Deposits are made through International Money Wire Transfer or secure PayPal.


All cancellation of a safari/tour must be in writing, by e-mail, and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgment. We will not accept cancellations made by Phone. Cancellation charges will be calculated as of the date we receipt and acknowledgment your cancellation. Cancellation charges and refunds shall be calculated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Titus Adventure Safaris cancellation policy.

Titus Adventure Safaris reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full at any time after final payment is due, in which case cancellation charges will apply.

The following penalties will be made for cancellations:

Cancellation more than 60days prior to your travel – 30% of the whole tour price
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days- 50% of the whole price
Cancellation within 30 days prior to your travel or no show 100% of the whole tour price.
Client (s) will be responsible for any bank transfer charges

Lost travel time or substitution of facilities
Itineraries amended after departure
Presence of circumstances beyond company’s control which requires alternative arrangements be made to ensure the safety or further participation and enjoyment of your tour
Lack of your appearance for any accommodation, service, activity, or tour segment without prior notice (see above)
Premature contract termination

Rates include all expenses in connection with ground transport for the itinerary set out; all entry fees, hotel meals and accommodation (full board or half board) where stated. Tips and personal expenses such as phone, internet, beverages and laundry are not included. We also highly recommend you to purchase travel protection insurance.


Please contact us for Travel /Safari Agents Commissions Special Group/Student rates available on request and subject to our evaluation. Our decision regarding commissions is final and non-negotiable.


Titus Adventure Safaris guaranteed window seat and access to photographic roof hatch in specially-equipped, custom built 4 x 4 safari truck (land cruiser/land rover) driven by accomplished driver-guides, all game drives, full board meals and accommodation in lodges/hotels for the entire confirmed and paid safari, all game park entrance fees and services of experienced driver guides


Titus Adventure Safaris will provide 4 x 4 safari truck (land cruiser/land rover), Guaranteed window seat, Services of an experienced driver/Guide and expert cook, All camping equipment except sleeping bags, All camping and game park entrance fees and 3 meals a day prepared by our expert safari cook.

it’s the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits and inoculations required for the tour, are obtained well in advance and are in order in terms of all the countries to be visited. It is the Client’s responsibility to meet any additional costs incurred either by the Client (or by the Company on the Client’s behalf) as a result of any failure by the Client to comply with such requirements. The company may not be held liable for any failure on the part of a Client to be in possession of the correct travel documentation.


Force Majeure” means, in relation to the Company, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, industrial dispute, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, natural or nuclear disaster, sabotage, insurrection, terrorist activity, civil disturbance, or requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, dangers of rapidly moving water, rocks and other submerged objects, hypothermia, weather conditions or other unexpected occurrences. In these circumstances the Company – Titus Adventure Safaris shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where supplier is forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change your holiday arrangements in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of the suppliers contractual obligations is prevented or affected.

The Travel insurance is required by law for all Titus Adventure Safaris. It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the Clients is adequately insured for the entire safari in respect of illness, injury, accident, death, medical expenses arising from illness or accident before or during the trip, loss of baggage and personal items, evacuation and repatriation in case of emergency, cancellation and curtailment. Clients should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection such as trekking, mountaineering activities.

Therefore the Company strongly recommends that the clients should secure fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover for your entire safari.
